"Aikido" An artful path of discovering how to gather and harmonize the energy of the universe. When we sense and move with the energy that is manifesting throughout the universe we find that we have a greater ability to live a life that is healthy and fulfilling.
The spiritual aspects of Aikido are also very important to me as it shows me the mind of O'Sensei and how he applied, bodhicitta, the practice of loving kindness and compassion to the Aikido techniques and in his everyday life.
I feel life is too short to waste your time on negative energies, written, spoken or otherwise.
Self-cherishing, ignorance, anger, attachment and all other delusions including negative thoughts leaves imprints on our minds, which can lead to disease and other problems later on.
Any negative action will effect us in some way. I will be concentrating on the spiritual aspects of all the Aikido techniques and philosophy.
In learning Aikido I wish to be a better person.
